Our goal is to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following.
BEGINK would be please to exchange or provide a refund on most merchandise (see below for exceptions) within a period of 20 days from the date you received the parcel. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (BEGINK invoice)
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for sending merchandise back to BEGINK for refunds. For an exchange the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping (sending back to us and shipping back to the customer). Please use a courier with tracking service.
For an exchange/refund please email us at email@example.com once we receive your email, we will generate a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and sent back with the parcel.
Refunds or exchanges will be returned in the form of company check.
All merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange/refund will be processed if there is anything missing.
No returns or exchanges on returned/previously exchanged merchandise.
BEGINK reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not. Products with physical damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
While we strive for accuracy, BEGINK reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors.
